As I said I’m very confident that I’m richer than you but again as I said it’s besides the point, I couldn’t care less if you’re a billionaire. It doesn’t change the fact that you’re a typical Eddie Hearn a*se licker who doesn’t go to fights, yet talks a load of **** about boxing. And yes you do give off that aura cause YDKSAB😂

There are multiple shows in London every week that’s a weak a*se excuse. I’ve been a season ticket holder at Everton since I was 5 years old, never stopped me going to fights...

As I thought. I’m a REAL fan, you’re not. That’s why you worship Hearn and whilst I see him for what he actually is.

    Done here...
An Everton fan lololol A scouser. You season ticket is around £300. I go all around Europe to games you mug. That’s my excuse. Now tell me the number of shows that take place weekly in London you twat and don’t you dare say York hall. You obviously live and breathe boxing so it explains your tedious rants. You get destroyed on here because you are emotional about topics that people don’t care about and you scratch your arse thinking why individuals are not emotionally involved as you . You are boring. It’s 1am in the morning and you want to behave all feminine. Mr I can’t spell vicinity but says he is done I’m done with you unless off course you want to share some knowledge. Get some rest it’s late. He will forgive you go and tell him you still love him

If the cable system goes then Showtime and HBO will struggle to continue in their current form. I'm not saying they won't. HBO have a very clever guy advising them on future trends and I'm sure both companies are all over this, but their existing model of operation is in serious danger. They may not be around in their current form in a few years, big changes happpen very quickly in media.

Maybe DAZN fails, most start-ups do. What they're attempting to provide however may be a much better model for a sustainable sports platform in the post cable milieu. So they have a chance.
I wrote mute because I meant mute, not moot. I think you missed most of my point. HBO and Showtime both exist beyond cable. Both are partnered with multiple streaming services such as PSVUE, sling, and more. Partnerships with the big boys of streaming like Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, YouTube. They both have multiple apps available through a partnered subscription or completely seperate from any provider. They feature the hottest shows, movies, documentaries, and the biggest promoters in boxing. It's safe to say they are far beyond Dazn, worlds beyond in fact, and are not going anywhere anytime soon.

Buyouts in boxing usually occur when a fighter only has a single fight left on their contract or a Luis Ortiz situation where GBP agreed to allow a buy out and made 7 figures for their troubles.
Sorry bro you are incorrect. Most boxing contracts already include a buy out clause. If the contract does not include such a clause then it can be negotiated later. But there is no law nor rule that stops a promoter from offering a signed fighter a deal. They can wine and dine and some may even offer gifts of enticement. Once that fighter agrees to terms with the new promoter they will inform the old promoter of their intentions and if no clause exists, they will then enter in negotiations to secure a buy out. Some promoters will release part or even the majority of their promotional pact for residuals on future revnue from events and what not. Similar to Canelo and GBP. Mayweather buying out his own contract from Toprank is a great example. His buy out was already negotiated in to the contract.

          • Heard is smart and shrewd usually. If you follow his dealingsin the uk he is very specific about numbers, and details in contracts and is very realistic in potential profit. It's why he can always make fights when he needs to unlike some of the promoters who hold grudges but will also not really fight for things if they don't take his offer like Frampton when Warren got him (and look how thats looking to pan out for Frampton). So with that in mind it will be worth watching. And he has balls + doesn't mind being the bad guy. You can ignore what he says about people in public, he plays the pantomime villain.

However, I still don't really know if he grasps what beast he is going up against. It's no surprise close to this deal being announced there were 2 extravagant displays of wealth from America. You can ignore things like comparing public budgets when you have other hugely wealthy en****** who care.

I’m “emotional” yet you’re responding with massive paragraphs😭😭😭
              Alright kid...

It’s “your” season ticket not “you”. Since you’ve become the spelling police all of a sudden you little c*ckney rent boy.

I’ve spent thousands on football, about this time 4 years ago I was flying out to Belo Horizonte for the World Cup. You enjoy Ostersund away with all your **** fans though you little maggot.

And yes shows do take place weekly in London. And I’ve seen guys like Lomachenko and Usyk at York Hall. It’s a fantastic venue to watch boxing but you wouldn’t know nothing about that cause you’re an Eddie Hearn a*se licking little casual.
              “But I can’t go cause I’m a season ticket holder doe”😭😭
              Pathetic.

Now go and sing with the rest of the cult...

Mayweather's was but most aren't. Ask Mikey Garcia and Andre Ward. That is why they never were sent free. That is why Sampson has sent a cease and desist letter to Top Rank. That is why Nonito went back to Top Rank after his contract with GBP was voided because he was already under Top Rank contract or why Golden Boy signed Jonathan Oquendo and a few days later PR Best Boxing validated that they had a contract and he went back.

There are only a few cases where a buyout is available. Ask Andre Ward

You are confusing different scenarios. The Boxers you named were not looking for buy outs, they were looking to end their contract with their previous promoter. They argued that they had fulfilled their contract and were no longer obligated to the promotional company, so they argued to terminate. Some just went on to negotiate and sign deals without confirming that they were no longer obligated. This is not the same. Ward could have entered negotiations to buy out his contract, but he believed he fulfilled his obligations, same with Mikey and the rest, they were not willing to pay. Canelo was bought out, Mayweather was bought out, Gamboa was bought out, Andrade was almost bought out till Rocnation pulled some shady schit, Leo santa Cruz was bought out, I can keep going. As I said, you are confusing two different situations.

                  • You can't build a massive stable while lowballing though.

yeah ok tough guy. Try and listen with the intent to understand than just reply. I asked you to name me the shows that take place weekly in London but don’t say York hall...... and guess what Mr scouser responds York hall as he watched Lomachenko and usyk How many ****ing years ago was that. Do you live in the past? Tell me what’s happening now..... I don’t blame you. You are probably an older generation most of the current crop of boxers especially coming out of London I know personally. Sorry let me not exaggerate.... some but enough to get comp tickets at any venue around the country. When you have things at your disposal you don’t necessarily utilise it. I can guarantee you you have idolised boxers that I have punched in the face ( in a fun friendly spar) you are a funny creep. A scouser trying to kick knowledge. I think I’ve heard it all now. Keep talking tough on the net you wimp
