My cousin trains at the Taekwondo gym Nonito's wife is at and my uncle was trying to tell me how he hangs out with Nonito and that Nonito needs to move up in weight since he's drained and doesn't have any power in the lower weights. My uncle was telling me he needs to go to at least 135 (this was after the Rigo fight I might add)

History is littered with fighters who were destroyed when they went back down in weight. Not a good choice and Donaire should know better than this, and he is too old to continue boxing at this age. His day has long passed.
