Be honest who has more to lose if the rematch gets dragged out? Canelo was the one who literally handed Golovkin his WBC belt. I have no doubt the rematch gets made but they'll wait for Golovkin's skills to deteriorate and then give him the rematch. Just look at how they gave Canelo a draw. Well... Billy Saunders is way more important than Alvarez GGG will unify the middleweight division. The age is all Alvarez has on Golovkin. If Canelo is lucky they'll fight again in 2021 right before GGG retirement. Simple as Canelo doesn't hold anything but a bad reputation.

How is it GGG fault that Canelo tested positive and had the fight cancelled? Why is GGG wrong for asking for 50/50 split when the majority of the world feels that GGG won the fight? Canelo had to get shamed into enrolling in the drug testing program. GGG didn't want the fight so bad that he waited almost 2 years to fight Canelo. GGG didn't take a fight because GBP said he could get injured and the first fight would be called off.
