FACT1:
Purse splits are divided based on drawing power. And the fact remains that Alvarez is a bigger draw than Golovkin, regardless of what happened in the first fight and the drug test

FACT2:
if Golovkin is as smart as I think he is, he’ll put aside this notion of a 50-50 split – which he knows isn’t realistic

FACT3:
Alvarez has other options that will generate very good money..... And assuming Alvarez continues to win, his recent issues will begin to recede into the past

I agree that 50/50 is ludicrous and Canelo has other option but feel that if he had not failed the drug test, we would not have been in this situation and the fight would have taken place.

Canelo has other option but this the GGG fight would be the fight people want to see.

Unless we get Canelo vs Jacab GGG vs Saunders or Charlo and winners fight each other, I would like Canelo vs GGG.

I don't see these two fight again any time soon, which is why I cast more blame on Canelo because of the drug test fail.

GGG is being a diva at the moment but it was not his side that ruined the second fight. His side were not to blame for it not happen in May. It's is his fault for the fight not happen in September as I feel that he knew that Canelo team would not accept 50/50 as like we all know is a joke to consider that. Canelo is the main star and without him, would not do anywhere the number they've done.

Any real boxing fan shouldn’t give a **** about the financial terms of a boxer. We are only interested in the fight ONLY. The public shouldn’t be commenting simply because it not like we get any of the money. So why do people give a ****!
How anyone follows Clenelo and his team is beyond me. He is the most entitled pampered boxer in boxing and thinks he is more than he is. His own fan base booed him after the first GGG fight. That’s says a lot.

Golovkin’s CHOICE was a REMATCH AGAINST CANELO, BUT CANELO PULLED OUT.

Spike was considered for GGG as a LAST MINUTE REPLACEMENT BECAUSE CANELO FCUKED UP.

Lmao....Nelo can fight him for a tune up after being out for a year so to bad. Meanwhile lil g can go fight Jermall since he is available cuz his ibf mandatory is a weak way out.

Canelo = Goldenboy cash cow. Can make an easy payday worth millions by fighting nobodies. 27 years old with plenty of years left in his career and no urgency of taking high-risk fights.

Golovkin = Became WBC, WBA, IBF, IBO world champ while being one of the most avoided fighters in boxing. 36 years old with a sense of urgency in getting high-profile fights.

Looking at these quick stats I'd say Canelo avoiding Golovkin suits him better than it does GGG. Canelo and Goldenboy are straight cowards for doing GGG like this. We all know that Canelo can milk the rematch until eventually facing GGG when he's old and well past his prime.
