Clenelo should go to at least 60/40. After all, the only reason they didn't fight in May was because Alvarez was caught cheating.

Some fans might say they want to know those kinds of details so that in the event a fight doesn’t get
Made, they can know which fighter was to blame and which fighter “ducked” the other. But since as fans the only information we have access to are soundbites from interviews with rival lromotors and fighters, all of whom have an agenda and will take every opportunity to slam the other guy and say anything necessary to build up their guy, if it’s comlletely untrue sometimes. So I don’t really have a lot of Confidence that we get anywhere near a clear picture of the goings on behind the scenes for these negotiations based on soundbites from
            Promoters, fighters, and trainers.
"Why do fans involve themselves with financial details and demands and negotiations and all that other BS?" Don't have an answer, but the posts here are not so much about the sweet science, the art of boxing, but about taking sides. The posts are about subjectivity and not objectivity. Tribalism is the coin of the realm now and facts and objectivity are irrelevant now. The folks who post their views and back them up with cogent arguments and data are denounced with personal attacks via disconnected thoughts, invective, and ******ities. Some folks behave as if ignorance is a virtue and reasoned argument a vice. Unfortunately, we have too many virtuous folks posting on this site. By the way, I do not claim to be an exception. I too am virtuous at times.

... "Canelo Looking For Any Excuse To Do Easier Fight"...

Canelo is free to take any fight he wants... it's about his own money, his own career...

... of course, karma is there to stay... (I remember I was taking Chavez Jr's side after the Sergio fight -- I told everybody here that Jr will came back even stronger, that he young doe, and all the bla-bla)...

What is this insane obsession that Golovkin and his cheerleaders have with Canelo Alvarez? It is bordering on psychosis. I am starting to worry that one or more of these whackos will go postal with my apologies to postal workers.

These crazies seem to have a special kind of radar that warns them with their mind is about to form an actual thought and then forces them to shout slogans and inanities instead.

Isn't Spike the same guy who turned down an offer from Golovkin because GGG offered him chump change. I guess Spike was a worthy opponent for Golovkin but a bum if he fights Canelo. This argument is a bit inconsistent, i.e, it makes no sense.
