PPV split revenue is based on how much you bring to the table as far as PPV numbers are concerned. It has nothing to do with any of that.

The same way Wilder has the right to a 50/50 split with AJ; HE DOESN'T. Both Canelo and AJ definitely deserve the bigger cut. However, I feel that GG and Wilder are clearly the most profitable opponents available so the cut should be in the neighborhood of 35 to 40%. Leaning toward 40.

Canelo needs Golovkin to break 1mil. It's about the fight the fans want not the fighter. Don't see the issue since Canelo cost the second fight by cheating then pulling out. Now he has to make some concessions is how I suppose team Golovkin sees it.

Canelo can make more money on a per fight basis sure. But if he really believes in himself, make the fight happen and shut the cirtics and Golovkin up, clearing the doubt that Golovkin is better than him and doing it after a good while under VADA to prove he can also do it clean.

Oscar was still the A side in the rematch against Mosley even though he lost in the first fight. Bein the champ doesn't give u the A side, it's who brings the money and who sells tickets point blank period.
