I swear , I thought Espinosa broke his neck with an overhand right .
Hamed saw that and wanted no part of Espinosa .

Kennedy was really never the same after that .

Barrera was so resilient . Kept coming back after setbacks.
the Featherweights (122-130) are rough divisions man and make for short careers. Very few show resiliency. Strong legs, diet, and the right management is key to a long career but even than its hard.

Well, Morales had a horrible diet.
But, the dude was a freaking monster at 122-126 even if he looked like a prisoner on weigh in days.

Yeah, too many monsters then .
Hamed couldn't even get to the next level.

Yeah man Oscar, Tyson, and Chavez Sr. are the fights I remember actually sitting down and watching from bell to bell with my dad. As a youngster I would've rather watch Power Rangers or something.

Erik Morales vs Marco Antonio Barrera actually got me watching in and all fights.

Thanks! I was actually talking about slip counters with a gym owner I take my sons to spar at and he told me watch Barrera 122 and I stumbled across this 1.

That was his biggest downfall! I heard hed blow up to about 185-190lbs outside of camp. That's crazy! He better keep an eye on his kidneys!
