I'm not going to bother trying to explain logic to someone writing gaymon and cokehead. If you want to have an intelligent adult discussion, let me know and we can try again.

I think Berchelt stops him Late in the fight when Tank has thrown everything but the kitchen sink

Just because there are very rare exceptions that sometimes cause SHO fighters to face HBO fighters doesn't mean it isn't the reason why a lot of fights don't happen.

Now what is important is if the fighter has a HBO or Showtime contract thats what is making fights difficult to make not promotional outfits (minus toprank) now adays.
Wrong. Haymon does business with SHO primarily on a hand shake. Has nothing to do with fighters being under contract to Showtime. He keeps his fighters as free agents, but he shows loyalty to Showtime so that they'll show loyalty to him.

There's not enough money in a Tank-Berchelt fight for either side to pursue it. The fight makes zero business sense. It's a Showtime fighter and an HBO fighter in a fight very few are clamoring for. It's not going to happen.
