That's .... actually a great question.

If it's 70/30 or something like that, there's no way Danny Garcia is going anywhere to fight for 30% of the bid offer; he'll step away and look for a better opportunity elsewhere.

[Note: checked the current WBC rankings, and they list Danny Garcia as the #1 rated with Porter at #2. WBC rules also seem to state that bids on fights for vacant titles are split 50/50]
