Can Sulaiman in June put Canelo at 1 for WBC? Then if WBC has priority over the IBF, as has been reported, WBC can enforce the GGG/Canelo fight for September?

Canelo coming into the rankings in June would also coincide with the rematch being officially announced (fights always seem to be officially announced with 90 days before the fight....I think we all know why)

If Canelo is ranked 1 and the WBC enforces GGG/Canelo in June, the IBF deadline for August would be void.
