  • Comments Thread For: Bellew: I Punch Harder Than Fury, He's Fighting a Cruiserweight

Last week, former unified heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (25-0, 18 KOs) issued a very strong warning to his new domestic rival, Tony Bellew. Bellew, who fought most of his career at light heavyweight before making the jump to cruiserweight and then eventually to heavyweight, believes he could beat Fury.

I’d give Tony a small chance if he fought him 1st, would give him a few problems before the weight and reach overcome him

im sick of this tony bellew nonsense.

        he isnt a heavyweight
he isnt even an elite CW

he barely beat masternek, lucked out for a vacant belt and then hit the lottery twice against a crippled haye. STOP

Then the English fans need to stop supporting him. He should go back to CW.

I think The Blue Bomber can beat Fury, he just has to drag the man into the late rounds, Fury is vulnerable for his next 2 fights, by his 3rd it would near impossible for Bellew to do anything except get toyed with and taken out like last nites trash!

Just fight the winner of Gassiev and Usyk, ffs, instead of chasing silly circus events. The WBC will oblige you, I'm sure. Tony don't want that work.

Fury must be feeling belittled as everyone e saying he punches like a girl surely he must be feeling disrespect ed.
Belle w is refreshing though. Being honest in what he thinks and willing to prove it.
Floyd said he d beat middleweights but never stepped up.

The winner of the Usyk-Gassiev fight for Bellew is probably the only one that interests me. It’s not that I really dislike Bellew at all, but just not many fights out there for him.
