Ramirez is a big tough bastard so i think he gives Taylor some problems but gets UD'd.
Prograis-Ramirez is most likely next with Taylor facing the winner.. there are so many good matchups at 140 it’s mind boggling.

Ramirez kind of reminds me of Juan Diaz with more power.

I think Prograis took him self out of the WBC title picture for now being in the tournament...he will not fight Ramirez his next three fights...not sure why he chose tournament other then he will make more $$

Oh that’s right. Prograis entered the tournament.

I just want to see these young killers at 140 mix it up.

Excellent fight esp for only his 12th outing. He looks the goods though, I reckon he might stop him you know.

They seem to be confident in his ability though and are taking good fights early on. Even the Ohara Davies fight was somewhat of a risk (for both guys). I don't think Davies is that good but i think he's dangerous and genuine power. Plenty of fighters at that stage of the career wouldn't have taken it.
And this is my issue. Josh is a top level prospect. One of the very best in the game right now. However, if he goes the WBC route he will have tough fight after tough fight after tough fight. Postol, Ramirez, Prograis. Josh could possibly beat them all but he's going to go through hell doing so. Why isn't he going the WBO route? I don't even think there is a WBO 140 pound champion.
