Warrington absolutely beat the brakes off Selby. I was very surprised. Selby may have been affected by the bad cut he got early in the fight, but I was surprised at how easily Warrington negated Selby's boxing and imposed his own style on the fight.

Frampton hits very hard at super bantamweight - I would just about favour him against Warrington but Frampton has been in some tough fights and Warrington seems the fresher of the two with a natural weight advantage.

The Cowardly Lion of Belfast ducked Rigondeaux. Now he is ducking Russell Jr.

Would love to see Frampton fight either guy. GRJ hurt his hand Saturday night, don't know if he'd be ready by August.

I like Frampton but why target the weakest Champion? Why not Valdez or Russell Jr? No disrespect to Warrington he earned my respect vs Selby that was a excellent fight but the Top Guys at 126 are NOT fighting each other at all.

Russell Jr should get the winner of Leo Santa Cruz vs Mares, Frampton should fight Valdez and I honestly wouldn't mind Warrington vs Selby Rematch

Because a fully domestic title fight is much more lucrative obviously. Frampton vs Warrington would have one of the biggest and liveliest crowds out of any possible fight in world boxing right now

It sounds to me like Warrington wants to milk his title and not lose out so soon after just winning it.

So if he ducks the fight then Carl Frampton should give Gary Russell Jr a call.

On recent evidence, Warrington is a better watch than Frampton who has become overly cautious of late. Donaire was there for the taking I felt, but Carl didn't want to risk anything. Kind of dull.

I really do see your point, but the top 126 guys appear in no rush to fight Frampton, I mean Santa Cruz was meant to honor his word and have the 3rd fight but that ain’t happening anytime soon.

Carl’s probably thinking if he beats Warrington (quite likely) he has more pull at the negotiating table and it gives some more incentive for the likes of Russell, Cruz etc to fight him..maybe lol.
