Jamie McDonnell is one of the worst 'world champions' I've ever seen, and I say that as an Englishman.
I'm not suggesting that he's a terrible boxer or unworthy of any respect; just that he's simply not world class and never has been. His reign is littered with either soft opposition or gift wins. He should have lost both fights against Kameda for a start.
Pushing out a hundred arm-punches every round is simply not going to cut it against a fighter of Inoue's calibre, with his kind of power and technique. And McDonnell won't be getting a gift in Japan either, not that I'm expecting the fight to go the distance anyway.
