Taylor vs. Wright Re-Revisited

Could've been worse, I could be like some people here who had it scored like 118-112 and ****.

they should be banned for life for that kind of ****. I can understand a draw but not a Wright victory. to give Wright the victory, you have to give him rounds 1, 9, and 12 and both 3 and 4 and there is just no way that happened

I do think that Wright won the fight but I think it was by a slim 115-113 scoring. I don't see the same fight that the people who scored it 118-112 for Wright did. Taylor definately had his moments in the fight and owned at least 5 of those rounds.

As for rounds 1 and 12 go. I don't see how people gave Wright the 12th, they say he outboxed Taylor but I didn't see much throwing at all, mostly dancing which I interpreted as running.

As for the first I prefered Wright's cleaner shots and his higher connect percentage. However it could easily be argued that Taylor's power shots took the round.

While I think Winky won the fight I'm not going to piss and moan about it. I think some rounds could've gone either way and I agree with the draw.

It was a close fight if your judging it with a pulse and your not swinging on anyone's nuts, Wright denying that makes him look like a crybaby *****.
So much for his "good guy who gets no recognition" charade.

Believe me, I had no bias in scoring this fight. I'm not really a huge fan of either Wright or Taylor to be honest. They're both good fighters and I wanted to see who was truely better, turns out they're about equal. Which is fine by me.

As for Wright's after-fight mess, I think it was emotions getting the better of him.

Yeah, keep in mind I havent re-watched the fight, so my scoring may change.
I notice your scoring was alot closer the second time, perhaps because you were excited to give some closer rounds to the fighter you wanted to win.
The same may have happened with me, we shall see.
