This is a pick 'em fight. I wouldn't put any money on it.

In recent times, I am yet to witness any boxer 38 years and above win a major title fight.

      Jack will win.

Seems like ever since Adonis came in probably underprepared and got caught slippin against Fonfara, now he over prepares and takes everyone seriously.

Adonis, by way of Spark !

I’m leaning towards Jack because Adonis couldn’t knock down or KO a similarly durable Sakio Bika. Adonis has 1 punch KO power in his left hand so it can be neutralized by a seasoned pro. Adonis doesn’t have much of anything else. So Jack will have to focus on keeping his left foot on the outside of his right foot as much as possible. This will make it awkward for Adonis to plant and land the left but it will also set up Jacks right hand, right through the guard of Adonis. Jack will have to use his jab constantly in this fight. Keep it strong and bring it back quickly to try not to give him an opportunity to counter over it. Make him move and have to turn to follow you throughout the fight. Most power punchers need to be balanced going into a shot to get the full thrust of power out of it. Most will be nowhere near as effective if they can't get their feet planted and move their body into the punch. So Jack has to step forward with Adonis who has left hand power or he will be able to turn his body into the shot. Speaking of body. Jack should work it, Adonis is 40 years old, body shots will drain his power over the course of the fight. Also, Jack has to avoid going straight back whenever possible. Wrestle Adonis in clinches to tire him out more and push him backward to force him to reset constantly to release the power left. Again, most punchers are ineffective whenever they have to go backward. And most power punchers move in relatively straight lines. Use the angles against them, come at them from directions they're not expecting and them move away before they can get set to do anything about it. I’m sure Jacks team went over previous fights for Adonis in detail to notice unconscious movements that show when and where he's going to throw the left, the hitches he might have in his punching motion, the way he telegraphs the left, and the way that his body moves or how Adonis steps into it in order to break up his footwork rhythm. It’s an easy fight for Jack if he takes away the left of Adonis & doesn’t try to go in and over power him.

Stevenson is what, 40 now? I think we will see him look his age one fight soon.

Jack's a good fighter but I want to see how he reacts to that Stevenson straight left if he can land it. I think Jack can make it a close fight, but I'd expect to see him touch the canvas at some point.
