because he's there to be hit in return!! the more i think about this fight, the more i see it in manny's favor (if he's not completely shot).

judah beat lucas, devon beat lucas, postol beat lucas. this fool is tailor made for manny. the pac who fought horn would beat lucas.

He obviously got medically cleared to enter the ring, and with buboy in charge, bad things may happen.

Hang em up PAC. Don’t go out like that..

This is a very risky fight manny hasn't knocked out anyone in almost a decade (exactly 9 years to find manny last knockout win), turns 40 this year, has a million distractions as politician and now the promoter of this event. He just ditched his long time hall of fame trainer for his fat yes man friend. And he was roughed up by a unknown horn and hasn't fought for a year since. Lucas is the first real puncher he's faced since Marquez put him to sleep. Lucas is still hands down one of the hardest punchers lb for lb in the sport. He's knocked out or dropped 38 of the 43 opponents he has ever faced. If he lands the same shots horn landed manny is going to sleep.

This could be his Hopkins flying out the ring moment. Fans ignored Hopkins age, inactivity, distractions as a promoter and that he was facing a huge puncher (Smith). Prime manny beats Lucas this slower light hitting 1 foot out the door old manny not so sure.

Last tango amigos. War for the ages or war of the aged? We will have a vacation in Malaysia to witness this fight. 😇

Bouboy, talking retirement, and fighting a guy like Lucas is a death wish. I can't believe many would take his last fight with Bouboy.

I'm hoping for a stellar performance from Manny that leads to a WW unification fight with either Crawford or Spence.

I don't know. I was just commenting on what I hope happens in Manny/Matthysse and why I hope it happens.

hopefully it'll be part of the world tour. would be good exposure for crawford to get his name out.
