What's the scoop on Joseph Diaz? Don't know much about him.

I've followed him for about his last 9-10+ fights and he's progressing nicely, took a while to shake his amateur style, he's sitting down on his punches more now but still a few bad habits, very silky boxer with nice movement but i feel this is very bad matchmaking and too big of a step up for him he's hardly faced any top 15 guys i think his best win's are velez and horacio Garcia

Hopefully he pulls off the upset because i have zero interest in watching gary russell fight one time every couple of years.
