To little to late. That fight could have been made a year ago, Lomachenko has moved up in weight and won't happen for awhile now

davis is bigger than lomachenko. no way in hell davis is still a 130 or even a 135 lber by the time he's 30. i'd honestly expect him to be retired or well on the slide if he makes enough money and takes hard fights. his style is not one that will move up well in weight.

the fight can still be made. it's 5 lbs and the guy already kills himself at and has missed 130. davis doesn't want it, you can see it in the way he talks if you're honest about it.

Did Loma just move up to grab a title & leave? My understanding was he was sticking around 135. If he's just stopping & going fair play go back down to 130 & fight Tank then.

I just assuming Tank would need to go up now & hell maybe even have to prove himself at 135 before Loma vs Tank made sense again.

The best I can tell is he's staying at 135 to unify with Beltran next in August at the Forum. He had 10 days to let the WBO know if he was going to stay at lightweight or move back down to 130. August is right around the corner, I doubt fight with Davis could be negotiated quickly, and that is being kind to both promoters. Beltran is in house, and the obvious next fight

Thank God somebody gets it. Lomachenko had no choice to move up, no one wanted the fight him at 130 smfh. Now he's giving up 15 pounds after a day to rehydrate, and going to stay there to get fights. Yet I'm being told Davis doesn't want the Loma fight. Lol really, no s#@#.
