I've assumed them to be medical stuff. Maybe Vargas is suspended on medical grounds, cant fight til cleared by the doctor for some reason

This get lifted after some weeks. You basically aren’t licensed to fight again after a big fight. So for example Broner and him can’t take any fight in May or June because they just had a fight in April, they can’t be medically fit to fight within a few weeks.

If you go on Broner's page, it says he's suspended indefinitely. I wonder why tho?

Probably means medical suspension. Meaning he can’t fight before that date from injuries

Seems both Vargas and Broner are suspended, but that because their fight was a draw. Usually the loses get suspended for a brief time.

Every fighter gets medically suspended after a fight. Suspension length depends on the damage a fighter takes.
