There is no difference. The WBC programme is based on the principle that all boxers must enrol for VADA 24/7 365 testing. Gennady Golovkin is enrolled.

Not exactly sure what that comment was about. He should be enrolled for the 365 regardless and I believe he is. As for your question about Donaire, I believe he gets more credit as he signed up to do it before the WBC even made a big deal about it. He was the first big name IIRC.

But it doesn’t guarantee you will be tested. It just allows for VADA to randomly select you if they choose to. It enters a fighter in a random pool.

Probably, you didn't understand him. Registering with VADA yourself is a more stringent. You are tested randomly and more frequently throughout.

WBC cbp is not 24/7 365 testing. It just means you are signing up to be in the random pool of fighters that can be tested at any time VADA chooses. You may not evem be tested in a month. Enrolling in VADA by yourself is more stringent than WBC cbp
