Brook was drained vs Spence, he will be powerful at this weight and is a better boxer than Hurd, I don't see how Hurd wins, Spence at 154lb maybe but Brook is very well conditioned, he's not shot

Brook loses to Hurd & Errol at 154 period. Errol & Hurd at 154 would be a very entertaining fight.

I am a big Errol Spence fan and there was a round in his fight when he fought Kell Brook where I thought “ **** Kell Brook might win this fight”. If that Kell Brook shows up at a weight he is more comfortable at,being 154 lb he has a chance. He is a better boxer than Hurd ,has been hit by harder punchers both in GGG and Errol so will definitely take Hurd’s firepower. The only question mark is is Kell a big enough puncher to hurt Hurd. Either way I understand why anyone would think Hurd will steamroll Brook so it’s all good

Exactly, I need to see bit more if Hurd but he didn't impress he's much he's hittable and Brook will have enough pop at 154 and strength to win a decision, he's a quality boxer

Really ? considering that Kell Brook on the official scorecards on 2 of the judges cards won the first rd and was actually pushing And backing Spence up in the 3rd and 4th rd.How did you come to the conclusion as early as the 1st rd that Spence was too strong? Anyway its academic now but give Kell Brook his dues he came to fight and it was a super competitive fight until his eye socket broke

Fighters like Hurd will always eventually get found out. When all I’m hearing is Hurd’s best qualities is that he is big and that he can take a punch it won’t be long until he faces a fighter that can **** and can box and he is toast. Lara of old would have dismantled him but he doesn’t have the legs so had no choice but to stay and trade when he should had been on his bike at times... Any fighter that can **** and has good defence stands a chance against this dude. He is straight up and down with no special effects.

As I commenced my post I thought maybe Kell is a bit past it to deal with the youth and tenacity of a Hurd but I’ve convinced myself as I’ve mulled over the clean shots Hurd takes in all his fights regardless of the opponent he loses to Brook on points............... In England off course. Has to be England 😉

I agree with you on the traits of Hurd but his relentless pressure will come to bear on Brook who do not like to take punishment.

Brook won't last the distance even in UK.

Porter might not be technically skilled but he is a tough fight for anyone.

Very average fighter if you ask me with little ability to adjust. Porter does well against weak fighters like Malignagi because he can maraud them and rough them up. Anyone with decent power will pot shot him.

Porter was seriously hyped until brook beat him. And compare Brooks performance against spence to spences other fights

Porter's stock only rose because of Malignagi but people forget Malignagi has had so many operations in his hands he has no power. Anyone with no power will get beat by Porter.

I mean, I hope it's because you want to take a hit at british boxing wich is understandable, but Porter ain't no bum, and Brook beat him fair and square.

Brook lost to Spence but his perf was elite.

If Brook is a an hype job, then Spence very top win is an hype job and I dunno what it tells about his record...

Brook got beat by a guy who hadn't beaten anyone. Only hard core fans know who Spence is because tbh he only has Brook on his resume. If he retired today he wouldn't be remembered by next year. I'm not saying he is not good but his record isn't impressive. Most people always knew Brook was a hype job, not exactly a bum but just an average fighter.

Brook just isn't cut out to lead a division, be it 147 or 154. He kidnapped the belt for 2 years and that was cute and all, but when it came to defending, he's not got the mettle.
