If he is no match for Floyd, why didn't Floyd only lose one amateur fight and win a gold metal in the Olympics? Or two? Why didn't Floyd win a world title in his 3rd fight and a 3rd weight world title in his 12th fight? It's because Floyd's career has been carefully articulated and matched accordingly to avoid risk. He only took fights that had foregone conclusions. Loma is daring to be great.......in a hurry. You should respect his brilliance. Had Floyd have taken his career at this pace, he probably would have 3-4 losses on his record.

I put Floyd as a better boxer and knows how to use his tools, with that reach advantage it wouldn't be much of a contest imo.
Linares' reach didn't do much for him. Of course Floyd is a lot better pure boxer but he's never fought someone as technical and skilled in their prime as Loma. I think it's a 50/50 fight.

lololololol lets compare their resume's at 30 years old.

Loma: First Became a champion at 26. World champion in 3 different weight classes. Top wins: linares, walters, gary russel jr, rigo.

Mayweather: First became a champion at 21. World champion in 5 different weight classes. Top wins: Corrales, genaro hernandez, castillo (twice), oscar de la hoya, zab judah, ricky hatton, gatti.

LOL it's not even close. Floyd has the superior resume by far.

Loma shouldve dared to be great and turned pro as teenager like TBE did. Instead he decided to stay in the amateurs until he was like 26.

That's a legitimate concern, I guess. And I suppose it runs both ways - fanboys of a fighter could equally be suspected of the same thing. Although what kind of nut would care about these results enough one way or another either to spam 'em or worry about them being spammed is beyond me.

It's a personal opinion, of course, but for myself I'd consider the potential harm caused by bullying or ridicule to outweigh the risk of a slightly inaccurate poll, and like I've pointed out a worry of being victimised could just as easily lead to it's own inaccuracies.

Problem here (like the TS pointed out) is that people are too emotionally invested and it's more important to some that their prefered fighter gets more votes than that an accurate overview of opinion is gained.

Does anyone know the extent of the alt problem? I'm aware of one or two guys - Freedom and Turkish spring to mind immediately - that have a large number of alts, but I think the vast majority just have the one account. Anyone name some names here?

So far in 13 fights Lomachenko > ahead of floyd by a mile. Not even close. Let's see lomachenko at 30 fights then compare them. People act like floyd ran through everyone and never struggled. Did you guys forget the castillo fights?

This is irrelevant since Floyd would never fight Loma in their respective primes... but like Floyd never wanted to fight a prime Pacquiao when both were in their respective primes of 2009-2010.
Thats why the self proclaimed "rich coward" Floyd couldn't hold Pac's jockstrap during their respective primes between 2000-2010... PAC simply dwarfed everything that Floyd did because Floyd never had the boxing ballz to fight IN PRIME opponents and Floyd especially avoided Young Gifted Fast IN PRIME African American fighters.
PAC was waaay too much for Floyd and Floyd new it, PAC blazed through recognized IN PRIME future HOF Barerra, Morales, Marquez at the lower weights and wasn't afraid to fight those IN PRIME HOF more than once. PAC dared to be great and did what no other man could do, win titles in 6, 7, and then 8 weight classes. PAC also won Lineal titles in 5 different weight classes which no one else could do.
That's why in the prime for prime era of
2000-2010, it was unanimous decision that PAC was the Greatest Fighter of the Decade and that Era by:
                  Boxing Writers Assoc of America,
RING magazine (Bible of Boxing), and
WBC (World Boxing Council -the ones with greenbelt)

Prime Floyd (or any Floyd) wouldn't lose to someone smaller than him, physically and weight wise. Even if Lomachenko is as good as Floyd, he's smaller, shorter in height, shorter reach, smaller in weight. If that fantasy fight would've happen the post fight reactions would be the same dreadful "Floyd cherrypicked" comments.
