Mikey would have to stop him because his workrate is just too low to win a point scoring dance. Maybe Loma would force him to throw his hands some more but that's just not Mikey's game.
Still feel Linares could have imposed himself more when you could clearly see the success he was having when he took it to Loma. Maybe he didn't believe enough, I don't know.Comment

I am Lomachenko`s fan, but no, he hasn`t.
They both beat Roman Martinez. They bot fought Salido. Garcia did it much better against salido.
Rigo, Sosa, Walters are nice wins, but is is not "much better resume".
Loma beat Linares, Garcia beat Broner.
I see that as 60 -40 in Loma`s favor.
Garcia has bigger reach. Loma has superior skills.Comment

If there is a knockout in the fight yes I agree it will most likely be Mikey but if Loma is standing at the end of the 12th round high he will he wins 8-4 9-3Comment

he hits way harder than Lomachenko. The few very hard punches Broner was able to connect on Mikey, the latter absorbed them very well.
Garcia is not quitting ever vs. Loma. He will take his semi-weak punches easily, counter-punch him at pleasure, jab him until he swells his face up or even opens up a cut.
Garcia is the stronger of the two and IMHO the smarter one as well. Lomachenko is a prodigy, but as Mikey himself said, he is only that way vs. lesser opponents.
Lomachenko will probably win the first 2-3 rounds even easily, until Mikey finally times him and when this happens, it will be over for Loma. Mikey will be able to predict and counteract most of his moves.Last edited by sterilizer; 05-16-2018, 02:31 AM.Comment

There is a chance but if it's a UD then I feel Loma could get more rounds. Mikey is a bigger guy and Loma can be hit since he is so active. Plus Mikey sets up traps.Comment

It depends what you define as exciting.Yes seeing 4ft 7 midgets display their exceptional skills can be thrilling but nothing beats 2 over 6ft 5 knockout artists ,both undefeated, both with noticeable flaws and both contesting to be the undisputed Heavyweight champion of the world. Not to mention irrespective of who you are rooting for in the fight whoever wins the fight wouldn’t be a surpriseComment

You don't know what you are talking about. Mikey took on a much bigger and stronger Broner than Loma will ever be. And Broner is fast too. And of course
