So he just got removed from the Clean Boxing Program and now makes this announcement? Why not be in the CBP as well? Maybe he only wants to do VADA because he already plans to not stay in the program for a very long time while the CBP he would automatically get removed from the WBC rankings and Sulaiman would make it public.

Anyway, if this kid gets tested I am pretty sure they already agreed to fight Spike in September.

Canelos plan

1. Do random testing until September
   
2. Tell the people and media you want GGG next
   
3. But secretly make a deal with Spike for September (and try to blame it on GGG)
   
4. Fight Spike in September, dont need PEDs for this bum
   
5. Silently end the random drug testing by the end of 2018
