Not trying to be funny at all this is serious question. How come when PBC was doing 1million+ on Fox CBS etc everyone said the numbers were horrible considering the amount of subscribers. How is HBO any different? How is 700k good on HBO? I’m sure the Execs at HBO aren’t pleased with anything under 1 million.

I'm guessing because HBO probably has 30 million dubs while OTA networks reach 300 million homes?Comment

Better than i expected. How come sometimes they just come out with a straight number and sometimes they come out with that decimal rating like 1.0 which I do not understand?Comment

Good ratings. Looks like a lot of fans switched over the moment the loma fight ended. The HBO lead in which overlapped with the final mins of the fight drew 396K viewers starting at 10pm. Then spiked almost up by double the moment the fight ended. Shows these networks stagger their start times on nights where they go head to head with fight cards.
Last weekend ratings
Devin Haney vs Mason Menard 276K - Showtime
Linares vs Lomachenko 1.024M - ESPN
Ali vs Munguia 711K - HBO
Vargas vs Azat 619K - HBOComment

How disgusting is HBO and their commentators to brainwash the viewers to think this kid is HUGE (Pause) are u kidding me he weighed in less than Ali at weigh in and also was only 1LB heavier night of the fight. But since he wasnt a black fighter (PBC and daddy Al) or a white boy from Russia with Daddy Arum. He was "HEAVIER" FOH stop all this bs reporting of the sport. The kid can crack and busted Ali open period. If Ali won it would have been Munguia has never fought outta Mex he didnt have the experience bull**** as usual.Comment

I went from Loma fight straight to HBO fights, then waited to see if Jim Lampley cried on The Fight Game, then went to bed.Comment
