Pacquiao never said he could make 135 lbs easy. Recently he said fighting at 135 lbs would be pushing his limits.

Pacquiao is about to Pacquiao-DLH himself if the fight happens, regardless if it's 135 or 140. It's easy to say you can make 140 lbs
comfortably but he hasn't done it in years.

Yeah, before I would have favoured Loma but the Linares fight put his size into better perspective. While Loma's typically pretty sharp defensively he has lapses, as he showed getting caught by Linares' straight right. Pacquiao probably hits much harder than Linares.

I think it's a moot point though because I don't foresee Lomachenko going up in weight any further and there's no way Pacquiao can make any weight lower than 140 now.
