They said they would drug test but with who? VADA, USADA or somebody else. What are the terms of the proposed testing?
    2. MONEY. They don't want to renegotiate because their slice of the pie is likely to diminish.
    3. Ducking. This is what I believe is the ultimate aim. Put enough roadblocks or irritants up and hope Golovkin gets pissed off and cancels the fight. They can then flip that and blame him.
"and hope Golovkin gets pissed off and cancels the fight..." As of this moment, there is no fight to cancel. Golovkin himself said that there is less than a 10% chance that there will be a fight because he had to make 99% of the concessions in the contract negotiations for the first. He is free to fight other folks and continue making $1-3 million per fight. His obsession with Canelo borders on psychotic.

I'd be very surprised if Gennady fights Canelo again. He knows he can do no better than a draw...evidence by getting swept (on every judge's scorecard) rounds 10, 11, and 12.

Ca$hnelo wins by stoppage if they ever fight again. What's more likely is a fun fight too...BJS!

      WAR CA$HNELO

      exactly !

these fanboys who insist that Canelo not being tested is a world-shattering problem..... but then cannot explain why Chickenkin will not simply sign the contract so that testing can begin..... are.....

forget those idiots giving me a good reason to explain why Chickenkin will not simply sign the fight..... I have not even heard a bad reason to explain why Chickenkin will not simply sign the fight

      zip..... nil..... nada

they want to fight Murata, to break Hopkins record

      1) why wouldn't they just sign the fight with Canelo?
      2) why not chase Saunders?
      3) why mention Murata immediately after confirming that fighting Canelo Saunders Derevyanchenko and Charlo in September will be a problem

      sooooo obvious

Team Chickenkin..... cucking their fans since 2010

"As soon as he signs the fight, he's on the program," De La Hoya said. Until then though, Canelo will be shopping at PEDS R US!

Anyone who fights Canelo needs to ensure he is testing at least 3 months in advance. Even then I wouldn't trust him and his team after everything that has happened.

This makes sense, but I think your suggestion should apply to all boxers, in fact to all professional athletes.

Since when do belt commissions matter? Theres 4-5 of them. Nobody cares.

If you want to say they matter then why did Gennady fight a cab driver instead of his mandatory, Sergei Dervenchenko???? Oh, now it doesn't matter...LOL.

                  Canelo is Ca$hnelo, boy

Gennady is the one crying about the size of his opponents muscles, not Canelo.

Canelo took the 1st fight and won. The powers that be made it a draw, but - no biggy - Ca$h is ready to Ca$h Gennadys retirement

Absolutely. It's ridiculous that testing isn't mandatory in such a dangerous sport at this level.

I am amazed there are people out there who believe some of these pro-Canelo posts. GGG ducking Canelo? The man took step aside money so Canelo could fight Amir Khan, so Canelo could move back to 154 his natural weight lol) to fight Liam Smith. Then the jack ass moves up to a xatch weight of 164 to fight Chavez Jr lmao. Gets a bullsit draw from a couple of blind referees, then fails a drug test for PEDS. Did i miss something here, how in the world has GGG ducked anything. I hope Golovkin moves on, Canelo has wasted enough of his career with absolute horse **** drama. He also wont enroll in VADA testing, wonder why?
