Comments Thread For: Lomachenko: Getting Dropped Made My Promoter's Job Easier

NEW YORK Vasyl Lomachenko obviously isn't proud of getting dropped by Jorge Linares on Saturday night. It hurt his cause among judges, one of whom had Linares ahead, 86-84, when Lomachenko landed that temporarily paralyzing left hook to Linares' liver in the 10th round. Lomachenko's trip to the canvas, the first knockdown he suffered during his 4-year pro career, reminded the Ukrainian southpaw to be more careful defensively against an accurate, bigger fighter at Madison Square Garden.

For most of his career Floyd was primarily s defensive pot shotter - stealing round. Very effective but nothing like the offensive skills of LoI'm and not as fun.

lol its too early to see if he is better than floyd, but if he keeps up his current streak, he can definitely surpass floyd. Skills are there, has a good trainer, power is decent, so only time will tell.

Floyd has himself to blame for that. Everyone in the boxing game knows that if you want Fat Dan to promote u with his articles you have to take him to a minimum of 3 buffets. The fat skunk can’t even see his own arse because he has too much adipose tissue in his fat neck.
