I think Loma being smaller and not really having one punch power has to do with it.
Linares ain't no P4P material, but he was definitely TOP4 at 135 with Garcia ahead and maybe Easter and Beltran around.
That's still a big win for a first fight in the division.

Linares is still a sound boxer
Don’t care if he lost three times or not
Any other opponent will have a hard time with him
Not saying he wins the fight but will get the best out of his opponent
