He migbt be an unexperienced 21 year kid, give him 2-3 years of experience, I'm not supesold on him but he might be a serious threat to almost everyone @154-160.

Take your time. Improve your craft. Defend, unify some titles at 154. The 160 division will be there in a couple years. Big fights will still be available.
