    Sadam Ali seriously!

Did sent Cotto off on a good fight, then gets destroyed by a replacement before he even made it to Brook smh.

I honestly don't know why people are surprised by this. Did no one remember the Vargas fight? Vargas isn't even a puncher.

Ali doesn't belong at 154. His win over an over the hill injured Cotto doesn't really count. However, Munguia could be the real deal, don't be surprised if he do the same thing against Brook.

Ali was never very good but he beat a terrible Cotto. I think any good 154 pound boxer would beat him and that Smith would have beaten him. He is a welterweight and not even a very good welterweight. He won't likey be a champion again at any weight. The Mexican who crushed him is a fine champion and boxing is better off with another strong addition to 154.

It was Cotto's last fight, Cotto was 37 years old, mentally halfway retired on the way out, body broke down literally from age, wear and tear in the fight with his biceps tear in the left arm.

Even with all that, Sadam Ali barely won. If Cotto would have not torn his biceps in his left arm, he would have won by decision. Absolutely.

I feel bad for Sadam Ali. Everyone knew he was food at 154 but that title was going to give him at least 1 big pay day against Brook or some other big name. That title was his lottery ticket and now he's lost it.

Even if he accomplishes nothing more he's still gonna have that world title belt in his house for the rest of his life. Paper champ or not I'd like one of them belts on my wall.
