Stop crying
Munguia weighed under 154 comfortably.
No one forced Ali to stay at 154. no one cried about size before the fight so STFU

Munguia is raw. Hitable. But fun to watch. Fights like ruslan but in a bigger frame. He needs more technique and if he fights charlo or hurd and gets caught i am curious to see what happens. Overall good for him too. Young big accomplishment
You dont know sh.it about boxing...
Munguia has a lot more of skills than Ruslan, he is slow but have fundamentals and a monster left hand. He knows how to close spaces with good movements .

He has many years ahead of him
Still young and learning
It’s all up to him

Clearly your a casual, first you mention you do not watch very important fights, than you have the audacity to say that Showtime is killing HBO ratings wise??? Wow your dumb dumb

This just shows how there are way too many weight divisions & the difference between JMW & MW isn't as much as people claim it is. Mungia was huge & would have been a great test for GGG. Kudos to Golovkin for wanting this fight, no matter what all the haters said...they now will jump on the Mungia train. I'm actually happy the Golovkin-Mungia fight wasn't sanctioned because people simply would have written him off rather than watching his fights & see how the kid develops. He's too raw for that match-up just yet.
Mell Charlo, Hurd & Mungia should all be in the MW division. Can't wait to see how it stacks up in the next 1-2 years. Golovkin will be on the decline, but there will be a true passing of the torch sometime soon.
Well said my man
I did think he was to green to go in there and scrap with GGG
I did love him against Ali though
Never thought much of Ali
If he gets the right training ( defense defence defense ) he has the potential of being real special
The weight ; sorry , I don’t look at that no more cause pretty useless today with all the sanctioning bodies ( multiple champs, multiple belts blah blah blah )

Just watched the first round and already know the result
Props to Munguia for making the most of his opportunity
But seriously what the f.uck am I watching Ali looks like a WW , Munguia looks like he belongs at 168
Ali hit Munguia with his best shot and he ate it like candy
Shame on GB , Ali’s team and HBO for putting this sh.it on
This is just a f.ucking massacre
