    Linares quit

After all that talking about he don’t quit, Linares quit.
The sheer irony. I was in disbelief.

Meh, even then he still showed a lot of heart and tried to hang in there. In the end it was too much to even keep up with Loma but he did better than a lot others regardless of his weight advantage. Can't hate on a man for trading fiercely with Loma.

Not recovering for a 10 count is different than quitting.

Hey man liver shots are pretty brutal. I have been hit with one before and it makes me think he really didn't quit. Whatever you think about Linares as a fighter I mean man he came to fight. It takes a special something to lose by knockout as he has in the past and come back to be a champion.

he did not quit. if he said i am impervious to pain then yes that would make him a liar but the guy got badly hurt and got up. he was still in pain so the ref stopped it.
