If he defeats Mikey Garcia , then I will be impressed.Imagine if Garcia connected with the same shot Linares dropped him with.

Was at the fight and rooting hard for Linares. Would say he won about 3, maaaybe 4 rounds, including the knockdown.

I gotta give it to Loma, being a 3 division champ in only your 12th fight is unheard of and will be hard to beat. I don’t understand why Loma has a lot of haters? Can someone plz answer this question? This guy fought Salido, Russel, Rigo, Walters, and Linares; that is a damn good resume if you ask me. Do ppl expect Loma to move up to heavyweight next and fight Joshua or something? Just enjoy what your witnessing while it’s here.

Not a huge Loma fanboy but damn he was going to get robbed.

I don't know how you can have the first 5 rounds of the fight for anyone other than Loma.

Good thing he did not let it go to the scorecards.

                Sure...

And here is Mikey Garcia totally not getting knocked down:

Saw that knockdown? Now imagine what Roman Martinez would do to Loma, how he would destroy him...

Exactly right. The knockdown threw him off for a couple of rounds, other than that no different from other Loma fights. Good experience for him.
