yes. linares, russel, walters, and rigo are all top fighters. even his tune ups are better than garcia opponents. he destroyed sosa who ko'd fortuna who got robbed against easter. some entitled fighters just have lower standards and can fight slow guys every fight without being criticized. loma destroys the best slick fast boxers and its still not good enough.
