    Should Hearn buy 'The Ring' magazine?

    Is all good with Oscar, or do you think it would be better under Eddie's stewardship?

    The Ring shouldn't be under the control of any promoter. simple as that

      I agree there, just as promoters shouldn't be tight with particular boxing organizations etc. but if it's a question of that to enable the Ring's continance or nothing, then....

              In the UK we have Boxing News. They claim to be impartial but they are most certainly in the pocket of Matchroom. It used to genuinely be impartial, but nowadays it is aimed at the casual fan.

                    Who cares about this magazine anymore? It's become a fraud and a joke. These days, people won't pay for a PPV unification fight with the best fighters involved, but they are going to pay for a ****ty boxing magazine?
