I gotta say its not a good look having acne over your back but i wont jump to conclusions like i have in the past.
It can be from a few different ailments so i wont go saying he is using but it us su****ious.

Good response. I can definitely agree with that somewhat. I just have had friends who were on TRT and anabolic steroids and that's exactly what they looked like.......in their 30's while on that sh@t. I just can't imagine him being clean with that.
