Yeah, probably. The "third party" mentioned in the article is probably some celebrity-chaser thot who suckered him in. The press release is pretty disingenuously worded to insinuate that he's not to blame but it's really easy to read between the lines.
If that's what happened he's only got himself to blame. Either way, he's a huge dumbass if he lets this derail his career right after it just launched into the stratosphere.
