            np, what I found really interesting is that Egis doesn't have written contracts with his clients (if true that's just madness but makes sense if you want to build trust)

                Good doc. The breath-holding underwater was interesting. You're able to elicit the brain's panic response until it becomes familiar to you and you realize you're not going to die, it's just your brain trying to keep you safe. Then you try to take that "calmness under fire" into the ring.
