Marg is quite different from Winky. Winky is bitching and acting up for the rematch, Marg is not being given a chance.

Nobody would fight him without the belt? Well that's why Winky should man up and be thankful that the Champ is giving him another chance.

not only did he diss jermain taylor and company, he also dissed hbo, and cold time dissed gary shaw, now that a very cold move! Heres a guy in shaw who was having your back, defending you and your going to talk smack about him by saying you the man its you and only you etc...no wonder winkys ex promters managers left him, i bet roy jones jr. also knew what a pain winky can be. Im very sure winky lost a lot of respect from a lot of people.

i sure hope dibella and hbo follows through and fights someone else, this is just pure bs from winky.

Winky should shut the ****, Taylor won the fight, Taylor should be the one bitching that he was robbed, not Winky, because Taylor is the champion.

Taylor is a person with class and Winky is turning to be a *****.

That was Taylor's game plan, Toney has won most of his fights in his career on the ropes, so what you saying doesn't make any sense.

Yes Winky did better when Taylor was on the ropes, but Taylor hurt Winky more in that fight. It was a close fight for anyone to ***** about, especially the challenger.

Taylor has more right to ***** about the draw, not Winky. He lost the fight and he should shut the **** up, he's being a little *****.

Taylor was close to his hometown that tells u enough about the draw. Winky was barely hurt cuz he blocked most punches. Look at round 9 around w/ 30 sec left and he catches Taylor and WOBBLES him but guess what? The commentators didnt even catch it cuz taylors nuts were blockin their view. HELLL no that wasnt his gameplan. he was planning to overpower Winky but he got confused and didnt know what to do so Winky started backing him up WHICH IS WHAT HE DOES TO EVERYONE!!! dont tell me everyone has the same gameplan to fight Winky cuz if so then Steward was a waste of money. Besides steward kept telling him stay off the ropes so more proof that wasnt his gameplan. he said he would try to time Winky but couldnt do it cuz Winky is faster than he thought. Taylor has NO right to ***** he knows he got a gift decision. Plus Lampley and Merchant fail to notice any of the good things Winky did in the ring. 70% of the time they were raving about Taylor's unbelievable power but failed to inform of most of them being blocked or his great left hooks to the body and you all fall for it.

                Taylor's plan?

Those weren't Steward's instructions in the corner during the fight. He specifically said Taylor should stay off the ropes and in the center of the ring.

The reason he was on the ropes, is because he couldn't escape Wright in the center of the ring and was just being walked down with the jab.

Of course you're going to claim Taylor won the rounds decisively....because you're a Taylor nuthugger first and foremost. But even to be fair, you were simply impressed by Taylor's size in the ring, and his ability to land loud punches on Wright's gloves.

When you see someone throw a combination on gloves, you score the rounds 10-8. That's understandable.

I, as well as others have noticed you really don't know boxing from your ass......and that's just the truth.

Taylor stayed in the corner not because he was threatened by Wright in any way. Gunstar is an idiot, but the reason Taylor stayed in his corner is the exact reason he said he did: He thought nothing of Wright's power and was looking to counter, but could not.

Taylor threw some good body shots but I have a problem with some things about people scoring the punches as "Effective" moreso than Wright's punches.

Simply because if you've ever watched Wright fight, body punches are like the last thing that would ever end up costing him the fight. You can't hurt him that way, because the shots aren't landing as flush as you think they are.

His gaurd is so tight and we tucks his elbows in and redirects the shots, and the result is a punch that lands on the belt and makes a popping noise.

That isin't doing a ****ing thing to Wright. What did, was the fact that taylor threw like he had a problem with authority at times....and didin't stop throwing.

Even though those combinations weren't getting through as clean as everyone makes them out to have been. They were getting blocked for the most part, and for every 1 landed Wright was landing 2.

I saw Taylor landing some good clean body shots all the way up to the midpoint of the fight. Taylor reached around his guard several times to score. Thing is, Taylor's shots were obviously more effective as they did more damage...but Wright's shots landed more. So that creates a dilemma...do you score for volume or power?

It's just a matter of taste. I haven't scored the fight yet, but I think I leaned towards Wright.

Ol' Wink was def taking some hard leather though...more than usual.
