Why would Floyd fight Margarito for 8mil when its possible he could fight de la hoya for 10 or 12 mil and a portion of the PPV sales....DUH, hes a business man people, hes is his own asset. Even though he beats Margarito, that will not guarentee higher paydays in the future. If he beats De La Hoya, Bling Bling.............DUH.......HE will be the new money kingpin..

Floyd is very smart for taking his time and picking the best option.

Floyd is testing my patience severely. I can understand wanting to get the best deal for what you think you're worth but I think Floyd is afraid of Margarito. He's been offered 8 Million once before and backed away from it. Now I don't know what ****ing planet Mayweather is form but 8 Million dollars is a lot of ****ing money for one fight. It can buy him a lot of "bling bling".

Mayweather hasn't done enough to be worthy of the insane paychecks he's expecting, he isn't worth 12-20 Million yet. In order to get to that level you have to **GASP!!** FIGHT PEOPLE! Fight big name guys, fight a Hatton, or a Margarito, or a rematch with Castillo or Corrales, or Cotto, FIGHT SOMEONE!

He's holding out for Oscar which won't be until next year probably. He needs to stop bitching he's not getting enough and actually get out there and PROVE he's WORTH the paychecks he wants.
