Stevenson is a little old now IMO. He still has the power, but I think the stamina issues will be even worse. Kovalev can tire, but Stevenson isn't going to move or cause the inside fight that Ward did, which makes Kovalev's stamina "issue" a little misleading because he generally just dominates guys. In addition to that, Stevenson's engine is nothing to write home about either, even in his younger days.

I see Stevenson with inferior stamina, inferior chin, inferior skill set, but a real big puncher's chance. If he catches Kovalev, he'll have to finish him right then and there, because Kovalev will likely recover and last longer down the stretch if he does not.

Atlantic City? WOW? I bet AC hasn't had a fight of this magnitude in over a decade! Should be a good one! Classic "Boxer vs. Puncher" bout!

That's my thoughts! They need to slow down a lil.

1st He shouldn't of gotten the win against Radji.

2nd he's already got some serious legal things to deal with. Stuff like that can seriously derail a career

Andre ward Vs Carl froch was a bigger fight than this and it happened in Atlantic City in 2011

That was an even bigger fight! I forgot about that! Hopefully AC can make a comeback! I remember when they were the GIANTS of the East Coast! It's been a long time!

kovalev is a boxer too...dont set up self fulfilling prophecies like some people did with kovalev-ward and when kovalev easily outboxed him they thought ward was winning cause he was the "boxer" and doing amazing things when in reality he was eating more punches and holding to run out the clock
