I don't know. He has had 11 fights and ten of them were championship fights. He has beaten Russell,Walters and Rigo in impressive fashion and is now after his third championship in that span. Who else you know if that can match that? I'd say he deserves to be in the conversation.

You guys are conditioned to accept things a certain way and if it isn't packaged that way then it's wrong.

What is Linares' best win? Exactly. (Maybe a shot Jesus Chavez 10 years ago? lol)

Probably Oscar Larios. That's the one that had heads turning.

A complete mystery, although an amateur record of 397-1 might have something to do with it. Noone came close to that. If Rigo came close, we know what happened when Rigo got in the ring with him.

Rigo was two divisions lower, we know what happened when Salido got into the ring with him

Mikey Garcia has won multiple division championships, tougher comp, HE BEAT SALIDO, more wins, more ko's.....

I can make a prediction but I don't know what really will happen but I feel this is definite Linares will do well the first 3 or 4 rounds and give Loma a little trouble w/his fast hands... by then I should have him figure it out and be in control of the fight by round 7 going to a UD 12 maybe a late-round stoppage...

Loma with a dominating win for sure. Linares is barely above a meh...

Exposed him by getting dropped and ultimately losing the fight? If you think he is shot because he had a split decision win over a good fighter in Luke Campbell then I dont know what to say.

Linares is the David Lemiuex of this division imo. He has a reputation that his skills can't back up. He's getting stopped.
