Note that the same people saying GGG waited too long to make the step up and prove himself are the same ones calling Joyce another over-hyped UK fighter (like anyone is actually calling him a world beater).

I dont think Joyce is that good personally but he could very well beat Miller and at the very least showing a bit of ambition and wanting to test yourself should be admired no mocked.

yeah its **** out of order. joyce comes across as a really nice guy too. not quite sure what people want froma fighter, if they call out big names too soon they get the whole 'know your place' response yet if they dont then they are called cowards.

Granted Joyce is 32, but it is nice to see he wants to fight top guys. If Miller is not tied up with another fight, he should take it. It would be an exciting fight. Imagine if Joyce wins, he would be a top contender with a 5-0 record which would be a first for heavyweights in a long time or ever.

Unless Miller cant get a fight and is sidelined because as he says, no one will fight him. His goal is to fight and make money to live off of. If he can get a big fight, great....but if he cannot get the AJ fight and says no one else will fight him, then he needs to take the fight to make money. That is far more than a zero reason.

Itd be a good way to come to the UK, beat Joyce whos high profile and AJs buddy on the undercard, and then the next fight likely to be AJ. Fast Eddie could turn the winner vs Joshua into the fight of the century. Do i have to do everything around here?
