Sanchez is 100% correct!
No where I have ever prepped hands allows gause to tape then back to gauze and tape!
You have a certain length of gauze (depending on state rules) and a certain amount of tape but never to be layered the way Canelo has his hands done.
Vegas may have legalized the application but it is a foul way to conduct business. The lack of uniformity has always been a problem with boxing rules.
To say just wrap GGG the same way as Canelo shows how people here have no clue whats involved with preparing a fighter to fight.
Golovkins hands have been prepared the same way for years to change them is like putting OJ's glove on the wrong hand!
The way Oscar has handled the negotiations has been a disgrace and all his talk about being a promoter who will conduct his business fairly has been nothing but BS!
If you think of the spacing of time since the matching began years ago it's plan to see that he wanted no part of Golovkin
and preferred to space the time out and continues to do so.
Canelo can win but not by running he needs to step in and use his hand speed and technical abilities to dominate. He has the tools to do it but we'll see if he has the ba!!z.
