Floyd arguably isn't even a top 5 welterweight. Wake up buddy. Although that's not really his best weight. I'd say his physical peak was at 130-135. Probably considered no worse than 2 or 3 at either weight.

Leonard defeated Wilfred Benitez, Roberto Duran and Thomas Hearns, before later moving up to best Marvelous Marvin.

lol. if he is near tbe then pac is the ultimate tbe. if floyd is not cherry picking and didn't temporarily retire to duck the top welterweights and then truly beat pac then i will agree that floyd will be considered as one of the very best.
