Vanes with no training camp beating the #1 middleweight is more impressive than Buster Douglass.

Tyson was untouchable. He was the baddest man on the planet. He was like an action figure at that point, young explosive and deadly. Nobody thought Tyson could lose. GGG is 36 and has looked vulnerable in his last two fights. Vanes beating GGG had not even been close to what Buster Douglas did.

it was kellerman who brougt it up. roy agreed at first but upon watchin the replay realized max was full of sh-it and it was nothing alike. unfortunately first impresions are what matter most and im sure some idiot haters will be saying ggg shold have been dq'd. its the classic trump strategy. say something racist and outrageous to appease your base then walk it back

Vanes didn't look that bad in there, maybe a little rusty...but he showed why it is dangerous to try and trade and stay in front of GGG, if you stay there too long you are just a sitting duck. Hope Vanes is OK.

Impressive finish but he seemed to get hit a whole lot. He better hope that his chin doesn't betray him eventually. I don't think he was buzzed like some are saying but that combo got his attention and a big puncher may have caused more damage. I just get the sense that his time is coming to an end.
