Comments Thread For: Eddie Hearn Backs Bellew To Overcome Haye In Rematch

Eddie Hearn has backed Tony Bellew to repeat the feat of beating David Haye. Bellew stopped the 37-year-old former undisputed cruiserweight champion in the penultimate round of 12 last year to secure the future of his family. The prediction was that Haye would dismantle Bomber' inside the distance but it turned out that Bellew turned the screw at the O2 Arena, exclusively live on Sky Sports Box Office, 14 months ago.

That's weird. An entire article written about a promotor picking his own fighter to win. I'm shocked

Honestly....I sense a ton of fear coming out of the Bellew camp. They seem to realize what the world already knew, Haye suffered a massive injury in the first fight, he was a one legged fighter, Bellew got super lucky that Haye got hurt. Haye was fighting like sh/t because he didn't respect Tony, that won't be the case this time.. If Haye is healthy, has even a little lead in his pencil, he knocks tony out, and tony, matchroom, and his supporters know it.

Hearn loves Bellew more than Joshua. I guess Hearn never loved those videos he was forced to watch when Hearn Sr. videotapped Eubank Sr. ****ing his home... that's traumatizing. But I Guess he got his closure by signing Jacobs.

                Crazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzy!!!!!!

Idk why BS does so many stories like this. They are so redundant.

But for me unless Haye gets hurt again I have trouble seeing Bellew winning. Bellew had some tense moments iirc when he had Haye cornered like a wounded animal looooool. Thats how live a completely f#cked up Haye was in this fight that probably shoulda just been stopped upon the injury being discovered.
