not sure how much Vanes' points are worth on Boxrec, but as you can see, the accumulative points serve its purpose... but then there's this too!

Its the Boxrec flaw, just assigns points to a win, doesnt take into account age of fighters/them being faded, weight advantages/Canelo weight. Its how you end up with discrepencies, like Horn getting a **** ton of points for beating an over the hill Pacquiao, same Joshuas points beating Klitschko

Jacobs weighs more than Canelo on fight night, even at 160. Jermall Charlo and Hurd are bigger than Canelo on fight night too. what advantages? Lara, Kirkland, Angulo have more fights EACH than Canelo above 155!

The advantage was Canelo was fighting at his prime fighting weight and others had to adhere to it.

          Welcome back by the way

Canelo now at 28 is more ideal to be PRIME. His knowledge of defense and offense, given how he fought Cotto and Golovkin or Smith, he is stylistically way better than before.

Again, Lara, Kirkland and Angulo had / have more fights than Canelo above 155. LiL'G wanting Munguia, Vanes, or Brook, etc... is different than when Canelo fought Josesito Lopez?

Boxing fans need to be honest, Canelo is a midget. ıf he were stretched in height he'd have the same appearance / mass like any 160 fighter on fight night. Now that Canelo has dedicated to 160, nobody cares that Danny Garcia is heftier looking too now since from 140. Or even Khan, who was a toothpick in classes before, but walks around 180lbs. It's even said that Crawford walks around in the 180lbs.

Trout and Floyd in the face offs showed that Canelo was nothing more than a stocky and short 154 fighter.

In my country, a lof of guys are stocky, short legged, and stiff necked at their teens. The black sea gene, many of us have flat heads and our necks are huge. It's either heavy testosterone or we have many dwarf stocky guys like Canelo. Seems rather natural.

What? Canelo barely made 160, probably still rehydrated 15-20 pounds... for Hurd to weigh in at 154 then outweigh Canelo fight night he’d have to dehydrate close to 25 pounds which not even Chavez jr or Brandon Rios ever have done.

Vanes seems to have quite a few points. Spike O'Sullivan up 8 spots after beating an active welterweight.

                  Crawford rehydrated 20+lbs before 147..

HBO said JCC rehydrated to 190 back when he was fighting Andy Lee!

Look at the weigh in Canelo vs Lil'G... Golovkin was sweating profusely throughout the press conferences and had eyes all sunken in... now look at Lil'G in the Vanes weigh in.... look at Golovkin's overall torso and arms mass here. Golovkin weighed 180lbs+ against Canelo. Lil'g was walking around 190lbs with his fat torso in the conferences leading up to Canelo. LiL'G's current poster with Vanes, yet again, all fat double neck...

Boxrec isn't that bad. All the ranking places make mistakes now and then. They clearly made one here. When you think of the true middleweight champion almost everybody thinks of GGG. He is the champ until another middleweight beats him. Very few think of any other middleweight as the real champ. Canelo is not thought of as the world middleweight champion except by a few real GGG haters. GGG is number 1. Canelo is number 2 and Jacobs or Jermall is number 3. That's how I see it anyway. Saunders would be number 4 but some might ranki him higher. Almost nobody thinks of Saunders as the real champ because his title defenses are against guys GGG already KOed.
